When can I check in and check out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. Check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our reception – we are happy to store it for you.

When is breakfast served?

Our breakfast buffet is served daily: Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 10:00 am, on Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 to 11:00 am. The buffet costs €14.90 per guest.

What is the city tax (accommodation tax)?

The City of Hildesheim charges an accommodation tax of 4% on the room rate. This is added to your room price and paid on arrival. Minors are exempt from this tax. On arrival we will inform you of the exact amount for your stay.

Is there parking nearby?

There is a public car park directly behind our hotel, in Braunschweiger Straße, available for €7 per 24 hours. You can use it as soon as you arrive.

Can I store my bicycle securely?

Yes, we have a lockable bicycle storage room. Your bikes will be safely stored there. Just let us know on arrival.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are very welcome! Please let us know in your booking inquiry that you will be bringing a pet, so we can prepare everything for you.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Our entire hotel is a strictly non-smoking property – in all rooms and public areas. Smoking is only allowed outside in front of the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Is the hotel suitable for guests with disabilities?

Yes, guests with reduced mobility – including wheelchair users – are very welcome. Please mention your specific requirements when making your inquiry so we can prepare a suitable room and any necessary arrangements.

Can I get a baby cot in my room?

Of course! On request, we provide a baby cot free of charge for your room. Simply mention this in your booking inquiry or let us know on arrival – we'll take care of it.

When is the reception staffed?

Our reception is staffed around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No matter what time you arrive or have a question, we are always here for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the entire booking. Please contact us in good time if your plans change – we will find a solution together.

Note on trade fair periods: During trade fairs in the region (e.g. Hannover Messe, CeBIT), different cancellation conditions apply. We will inform you individually with your booking confirmation.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all common payment methods – cash, EC card (German debit card) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). You can pay however you prefer.
